As a Team Leader at Fired Earth, you will be helping to lead, drive sales and inspire customers in our premium bathroom and tile store in central London, at Fulham Road (SW3). You will represent the brand through the delivery of superb customer service standards driving sales to company targets and KPIs whilst directly managing one department of the store and shaping its direction and sales. You will be responsible for supervising, coaching and setting targets for a team of people and running the store in the absence of the Store Sales Manager, as well as maintaining consistent customer service levels, retail standards, managing leads into the store, and controlling budgets to ensure maximum profit levels.
You will have had previous management experience in a retail role and have had responsibility for leading a team of people. This is a high profile store and requires someone who has a passion for interiors, creativity and a strong retail sales background. While everyone working within Fired Earth often has to help to choose and advise on design ideas and colours, this is not a design role but is strongly sales focused. Full systems and product training is given, though an eye for colour and design is helpful.
