As a Customer Care Assistant at our Head Office at Adderbury you will assist with the administrative duties of the Customer Care department to ensure adequate support for both internal and external customers. You will respond efficiently to customer queries, communicating via telephone, letter, fax and e-mail.
As the ideal candidate you will have clear, confident and assertive communication skills, especially over the telephone, plus a good standard of written English. You will have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment. You will also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and possess a customer orientated attitude.
